2017 extension to a three level apartment. And extra building was placed on top of an apartment building to create a parents retreat for an inner city home.
A new deck with water gardenm and a japanese outdoor bath was incorporated into the existing building shell. A huge bedroom with WIR and ensuite wer included. Huge 6 metre sliding door were installed and the structure was craned in a dropped onto the existing roof. Oak floors, black marble and polished plaster are protected by an antique and massive japanese elm door.
