2004 project, recombining 1860's historical guest house into a large modern apartment. The apartment had been seperated into two apartments, then back to one, and then back to two again. Design consolidated and reconfigured the victorian rooms, and circulation into a more suitable and lest wasteful floorplan. Work included new ensuite, baedroom, stairs, greenhouse.
